I won't sell you anything, I will only provide you with honest advice and opinions based on your investment and financial needs. I'm the anti-broker, don't work for fees and/or commissions, just charge an hourly fee for consulting services provided.
My focus is on beach communities. The people here and the opportunities are great, plus it's my favorite place to live!
My background is in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration.
I've been a CEO, Tax Preparer, Controller, COO, VP of HR, Director of Finance, Partner, CFO, and have owned a few successful companies, besides holding a Real Estate portfolio in Pinellas County.
I will only advice you in things that I know and will not charge you for wasting your time.
